Started in a Barracks Room
I started Full Send Diesel out of my barracks room in the Marine Corps, building braided lines on the floor with a vise and a few bins of parts. The guys around me started asking for them, and it slowly turned into something real.
I got out after four years with a high school education and not much of a plan. I reinvested everything I made, got plenty of things wrong, lost more than I would like to admit, and just kept going.
That little parts operation eventually became a manufacturing brand, then a giveaway program, then a repair shop, and now a software company. I am still building and still learning every day. If any of what I have picked up can help someone else, I am happy to share it.
